Me han tocado choferes groseros, drogados y pegados al teléfono, de verdad no sé cómo ODM evalúa a sus choferes, pero se ve que no lo hace. Una pena ya que antes eran autobuses de buena calidad, sobre todo su línea plus. Mi principal problema ha sido viajar con mi mascota, ya que me muevo constantemente de lugar no puedo dejarla en mi casa fija, y he recibido quejas de los choferes aun y cuando mi mascota es tranquila y está en su jaula, ya que es un perro grande tiene que ir en el compartimiento del equipaje. Se me hace también una falta de criterio querer hacer que mascotas pequeñas viajen en el compartimiento del equipaje cuando podrían viajar muy bien abajo del asiento del pasajero en su jaula, en los aviones con lineamientos más estrictos permiten esto, no puede ser posible que permitan subir armas y drogas (me ha tocado verlo) pero se pongan como si trajera una bomba atómica cuando mi mamá quiere viajar con su chihuahua, quien es su perro de apoyo emocional pero según las asociaciones certificantes no nos pueden dar una certificación por un perro chico y ustedes no tienen consideración alguna para estas situaciones. Sinceramente espero que mejoren ya que eran una de las mejores líneas de autobuses del país. Que pena.
