Estando el autobus ayi y no se pueden ir antes. Lo unico bueno fue el espacio entre asientos. They lie to you saying that the ticket is without transshipment, they confirmed it again when they gave you the ticket and arriving in Laredo it was more than 2 hours of waiting. B	Becky Soto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vuelvo a viajar en estos camiones... se ponen muy exigentes con el equipaje que va en la parte de arriba aparte de que cabe y ves mucha gente llevar bolsas grandes de comida en los pies como si nada. Si hacen esto deberían de poner reglamentos y no exigir lo que no está establecido. Me hicieron pasar un muy mal rato y ni pude despedirme de mis familiares... que mala onda de vdd. Se les olvida q ahora el mundo se mueve por el servicio al cliente y los comentarios que les dejan de sus servicios. Es indignante que aún sucedan estas cosas. They let a staff dog die in reprehensible conditions in front of the passengers before boarding. My review has already been sent to the mail. Ya tenia boletos de viene Redondo pagados y queria que pagara mas dinero. Luego uno de los boletos que compre en Houston no tenia informacion incorrecta. Pesimo servicio. Bad experience. Me están preguntando el porque no le dije al personal de Ómnibus como hacer su trabajo al checar los boletos. Cuando ellos me piden la identificación para poner la identificación. Porque voy a hacer el trabajo de ellos????? No hay profesionalismo. La persona me quería intimidar al traer a su manager. No recomiendo viajar con esta compañía. We are in Saltillo, we couldn't go back they want more money. The information on the tickets we buy round trip is wrong. Terrible service. A	Alejandro Armendariz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A caído muy bajo el servicio que ofrecian, los autobuses ya no le funciona el wifi, crei que era por el modelo eel autobus pero hasta los mas nuevos los volvo aun asi esta apagado o lo dejaron de pagar, tampoco dan el lunch solo audífonos, pero eso si, cuesta lo mismo, es mejor busca otra opción The service they offered has fallen very low, the buses no longer work Wi-Fi, I thought it was because of the model of the bus but I even return the newest ones even so it is turned off or they stopped paying for it, they don't give lunch either, only headphones, but yes, it costs the same, it is better to look for another option
