★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sali de la y de monterrey pesimo servicio de las 2 mujeres atienden ahi, no me estan haciendo un favor estoy pagando por un servicio ,luego viene tarde el camión no avisan y cuando se les pregunta contestan mal no dan explicaciones como si fuera adivino que algo pasó la vdd traten de mejorar wl servicio de las 6 am llego tarde aparte una lo otra llego 630 así como gente esperando
I left the and from Monterrey terrible service from the 2 women who attend there, they are not doing me a favor I am paying for a service, then the truck comes late they do not notify and when they are asked they answer badly they do not give explanations as if I were guessing something the vdd passed try to improve wl service at 6 am I arrive late apart from one the other arrived 630 as well as people waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones muy bien, amplias y con suficientes asientos para esperar. La Srita. que atendió mi duda, no fue muy amable que digamos, supongo ya quería salir, se miraba fastidiada. En cuanto al horario de salida se ratraso unos 10min. Sin embargo se entiende ya que son de paso. En gral todo muy bien, la atención del chofer muy buena, muy amable el conductor.
The facilities are very good, spacious and with enough seats to wait. The Miss. who answered my question, she wasn't very kind, I guess she already wanted to go out, she looked annoyed. As for the departure time, it was delayed about 10 minutes. However, it is understood that they are passing through.
