Desafortunadamente este último año, su servicio ya no es el mismo y me ha traído mas problemas que soluciones. La calidad de impresión es muy buena pero la atención y los tiempos de entrega ya se volvieron nefastos.
Entre las excusas que dan para no entregar como debería de ser y es que realmente les vale madre tu tiempo
 I have been working with them for 3 years, they were always my favorites to send them my files ... Unfortunately this last year, their service is no longer the same and has brought me more problems than solutions. The print quality is very good but the attention and delivery times have already become harmful.
Among the excuses they give for not delivering as it should be and that is really worth your time mother

llevo 2 años trabajando con ellos y no tendría queja alguna, aun teniendo una gran carga de trabajo son eficientes y sin malos tratos a los clientes muy por el contrario hacen ameno el tiempo de espera.

Siempre tienen mucho trabajo, y algunas veces hay que esperar.
Existe la opción de enviar tu archivos y sólo pasar a recoger (pero igual, cuando tienen mucha gente, puede ser que se retrasen -me ha pasado pocas veces).
De acuerdo a mi experiencia, lo recomiendo.
