★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Café de barrio. Nada como probar un café de un verdadero barista, Carlos me preparó un lavado de Chiapas en Aeropress perfecto y encontrar también al tostador de "Quantum Crack" un gustazo.
Totalmente recomendado y ya quedamos de vernos en Puebla en Extrakto Café.
También tienen tastings en donde puedes probar el mismo café en espresso, infusión de cereza del café y un método, "lo máximo".
Neighborhood cafe. Nothing like trying a coffee from a real barista, Carlos prepared me a perfect Chiapas wash at Aeropress and also found the "Quantum Crack" roaster a great treat.
Totally recommended and we are already meeting in Puebla at Extrakto Café.
They also have tastings where you can try the same coffee in espresso, coffee cherry infusion and a method, "the best".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very quaint coffee shop. Has a few cosy seats to sit inside and relax as one has their coffee and pastries. They do accept credit cards. The coffee was quite tasty and the pastries delightful. Highly recommend.
