A very good place to stay in Guadalajara, with excellent location and attention by the managers. The parking is somewhat narrow.

D	Daniel Estrada (Nedaloes) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble el buen trabajo que han hecho los anfitriones de este hermoso lugar, me dirigía en Uber al departamento y unos metros antes de llegar al lugar el conductor me dijo: creo que es ahí en la esquina, enseguida volteé y supe que amaría el lugar. Por la mañana pueden pasar desapercibidos sus tres pisos de fachada, pero de noche este lugar se llena de vida y personalidad propia, lo tienen que vivir para saber de lo que hablo. Me tocó hospedarme en el departamento del último piso, y la verdad no tengo ningún pero que ponerle; bien decorado, buen espacio, materiales de buena calidad, cocina equipada, etc. En general este lugar es increíble, eso sin contar su insuperable ubicación (a unas cuadras de la zona financiera y de la plaza midtown). Me despido agradeciendo a los anfitriones tomas y Vicente que siempre se portaron amables y consentidores a todas mis peticiones y aprovecho para reconocer y felicitarlos por la increíble temática y trabajo de este edificio, se ve que le pusieron corazón y pasión, nunca olvídare esa sensación del roof garden, me hicieron sentir que vivía una fantasía. In the morning its three floors of façade can go unnoticed, but at night this place fills with life and its own personality, you have to experience it to know what I am talking about. I had to stay in the apartment on the top floor, and the truth is that I don't have any but to put it; well decorated, good space, good quality materials, equipped kitchen, etc. Overall, this place is incredible, not to mention its unbeatable location (a few blocks from the financial district and the midtown plaza). I say goodbye thanking the hosts Tomas and Vicente who always behaved kind and consenting to all my requests and I take the opportunity to recognize and congratulate them for the incredible theme and work of this building, it is seen that they put heart and passion, I will never forget that feeling of the roof garden, they made me feel like I was living a fantasy. F	Fernanda Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asquerosa Ente estaba el baño en pésimas condiciones la señora del aseo solo le pasaba el trapito x encima había moe por todo el baño y nunca se molestó en arreglarlo o dejarme cloro para mínimo yo limpiarle su propio apartamento disgusting The bathroom was in terrible condition, the cleaning lady only wiped it with a cloth because on top of that there was moe all over the bathroom and she never bothered to fix it or leave me bleach for at least me to clean her own apartment

The apartments are small but they have everything you need from pots and pans to Tupperware. Free coffee, water, and essentials such as oat meal rice oil and condiments. Full cleaning service and clean linen and towels. They even have a washer and drier for all guest to use. They also have free WiFi and a Netflix account! They are so comfortable and welcoming that I was even calling it my house! I highly recommended these apartments! If you book here don’t forget to enjoy the magical terrace!!! I never met the owner but he was very helpful over the phone. This will be my favorite place to stay everytime I visit Guadalajara.
