Han mejorado mucho la atención al cliente respecto a como estaban. Hay gente que te recibe y orienta aunque no vayas a comprar un auto (antes no pasaba)
Casi siempre están sonrientes y de buen humor, te orientan y solucionan tus dudas antes de proceder con cualquier alteración a tu auto.
Los precios son ligeramente elevados en servicios de mantenimiento establecidos por la marca, comparado con un buen taller fuera de la agencia, claro que siempre serán más caros y claro que si vas con un "maistro" mecánico podría salir más barato.
Tienen promociones a meses sin intereses, facturan, aceptan de todo tipo de tarjetas de crédito.
Hay una amplia disposición a solucionar conflictos.
Lo que sí recomiendo ampliamente es que si llegasen a tener un detalle lo vean directamente con su asesor o el gerente, que al fin de cuentas son los últimos responsables, personas del área de talleres ( u otras)no están capacitadas para atender estos detalles y por lo mismo su actitud no es de servicio al cliente.

They are almost always smiling and in a good mood, they guide you and solve your doubts before proceeding with any alteration to your car.
Prices are slightly higher in maintenance services established by the brand, compared to a good workshop outside the agency, of course they will always be more expensive and clear that if you go with a mechanical "maistro" could be cheaper.
They have promotions for months without interest, they invoice, they accept all kinds of credit cards.
There is a broad disposition to solve conflicts.
What I do recommend widely is that if they had a detail, they should see it directly with their advisor or the manager, who ultimately are ultimately responsible, people in the workshop area (or others) are not trained to deal with these details and therefore, his attitude is not customer service.

He tenido problemas con ellos desde que hice un refinanciamiento del leasing porque no les interesa mantener a sus clientes, constantemente llamadas de abogados de cobro por un error de ellos que nunca se hicieron responsables y ahora con intereses moratorios por un tramite que realice a tiempo y ellos olvidaron enviar. Horrible atención en ventas, pesima atencion de los demás trabajadores. Lo único rescatable es que si son muy buenos carros, pero esta agencia de Seat Contry tiene una pésima atención, busquen otra agencia SEAT.
Terrible customer service.
