★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start off, the location is fantastic. The staff there are extremely helpful. Breakfast was included which was good with plenty of options. First room we had was pointing to the street and was unfortunately loud at night. The staff were very accommodating and changed us to a different room without any problems. The rooms were clean. They were small but that was not an issue. WiFi was great. Overall, had a very good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudsters. Cancelled reservation without providing any reason. Unreliable place to stay for a night. Imagine you have a night booked and suddenly you are informed that you cannot stay because they decided to sell your room to someone else. When being contacted they either do not reply, or if they do, they lay and play a fool (or maybe they just are?) I hope such places disappear sooner or later from the Mexico map. Please avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location. You can walk to many attractions of Mexico City.the rooms were small but neat and clean. The staff were really helpful (bilingual), breakfast included.little noisy at night .
But overall everything was good with our stay. Happy with our stay ?

This is is a very nice hotel close to everything you could want to walk to or take public transportation to. The beds are comfortable, the shower has hot water, the AC works great. Nice little window to let fresh air in.
Free breakfast is great. You also have access to free washer and dryer to washes clothes on site.
Most of all the staff was great so helpful and friendly. Great value and place to stay.

Is right in city center and close by everything.
