El inconveniente es que tardaron mucho en entregarme el equipo. Tuve que marcar 4 veces, y cada una de esas ocasiones me postergaron más la entrega. Recomiendo el servicio aunque si lo requieren urgentemente sugiero buscar otras opciones. I brought a laptop to receive basic hardware service. The result was very good; heats up significantly less and works better. The downside is that it took a long time to deliver the equipment. I had to dial 4 times, and each of those times the delivery was delayed further. I recommend the service although if you require it urgently I suggest looking for other options.

Compre unos cables, los cuales me garantizaron funcionarían, fui a hacer la aclaración pertinente y no me quisieron devolver mi dinero, pues no sirvieron dichos cables. Entonces me ofrecieron otros productos para compensar, así que elegí un nuevo producto y sucedió lo mismo, no sirvió su producto. Unicamente les interesa generar ventas y no la satisfacción del cliente, además de que no devuelven el dinero, pero afortunadamente ya se dió vista a Profeco. Technicians are not trained. Vamos a que nos den un Servicio y las personas no están capacitadas, el señor güero de lentes( al parecer el dueño) solo se queda viendo sin hacer nada y no soluciona ningún conflicto.
