★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My in laws stayed here, they said it was just “ok”, but what really surprised me (because I was there when they tried to check in) was that the receptionist could not speak English (so I have to help with the check in in Spanish).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was in on kidnapping my grandparents in their hotel room in the middle of the night (12am). They had them kidnapped for 18+ hours and were asking for $25,000 (US dollars) to let them go. Be careful! These employees are not who you think they are. 0 Stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the news that my grandparents were grandparents kidnapped while sleeping at this hotel…. The fact that the employees there were so sketchy please be careful. Went through a 20 hour process to try to get ahold of our grandparents. “Security” allowed our grandparents to be in a hostage situation in one of the rooms… Kidnappers wanted $25kusd but we only gave them $1500usd. They withdraw about $8kusd+ In credit cards. Do not stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY HERE, unless you want to be traumatized and possibly attend therapy and counseling after your stay. My boyfriends grandparents were held hostage IN THEIR ROOMS for 18hours! The hotel was definitely in it, they were demanding 25,000 USD for them to be let go. Phone tracking was done by the police and the whole time their location indicated the hotel!! SKETCHY AFFF

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could, I would put 0 stars. Please do not go here; my grandparents were recently kidnapped and held hostage in their own room. Their phones were tracked to this hotel for the whole 18 hour process. The employees all had something to do with it and would not give out any information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO POSSIBLY BE KIDNAPPED!!!! If possible, would give 0 stars. My grandparents were KIDNAPPED in the hotel and the hotel was in on it. My grandparents were detained IN THEIR ROOM at the hotel. We received a call from a kidnapper who was asking for 25,000 USD. After not being able to contact my grandparents, we tried calling the hotel but they did not direct our call to their room! The police was able to track their phones and they were in the hotel! A traumatizing event for my grandparents; honestly do not stay here. Thankfully, the police were able to help and safely rescue my grandparents.
