I understand that I’m in Mexico, but I would think that they have at least ONE person here that speaks a little English due to this being a hotel and in the center of Monterrey. The stay was nice, but I wish they paid their workers more since I’m paying a lot to be here. Would recommend staying at a little bit cheaper hotel if possible and Ubering to where you need to go.

The staff is super nice. No problem with anything.
Could even eat vegan at the all you can eat breakfast. Very pleased
