Pésimo servicio, mal trato, nadie resuelve nada, personal administrativo sin criterio. no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Prometen un servicio y no lo dan, aparte se quedan con tu dinero no te reembolsan, muy mal servicio, nada recomendable, te hacen perder tiempo y dinero pesimos.

Pésimo servicio, fui para solicitar un envío el cual me dijeron que SI IBA A LLEGAR MI PEDIDIO Y QUE SI LLEGABA A SU DESTINO, el cual dos días después me marca mi clienta que esta paquetería le llamo para decirle que su pedido no iba a llegar y no dinero ninguna explicación, fui a la paquetería y me dijeron que era un mal entendido que si iba a llegar el pedido, después de esto marco para ver como iba mi pedido y no me tienen respuesta, NO SABIAN NADA, NO CONFIEN EN ESTA PAQUETERIA. Hable con el gerente para que me regresara mi paquete y mi dinero, claramente solicite mi rembolso por que si alguien no cumple con el servicio de empresa se debe de hacer eso, nadie me daba respuestas hable con muchas personas y TODOS me decían que ellos no podían hacer nada, les dije que entonces me dijeran con quien hablar y ni eso sabían, pésimo servicio se supone que los Gerentes están para ayudar y ni están bien capacitados, como empresa un debe de quedar bien con el cliente el cual fueron muy groseros y no pudieron hacer NADA, 9 días después me regresan mi paquete sin mi dinero ESO NO ES JUSTO, nadie pudo dar una SOLUCION Y FUE ERROR DE LA EMPRESA EL CLIENTE NO TIENE EL ERROR, si ustedes como empresa no puede dar el servicio desde que llegue con el paquete tienen que decirme no, ademas de que perdí mi clienta ustedes me roban mi dinero, eso es un robo por no dar un servicio de confianza y deshonestidad. Estoy en tramites legales para poder recuperar mi dinero por que yo no me quedare con los brazos cruzados, ES UNA INJUSTICIA LO QUE ME HICIERON.
Terrible service, I went to request a shipment which told me that IF MY ORDER WAS TO ARRIVE AND THAT IF I DID ARRIVE AT ITS DESTINATION, which two days later my client told me that this parcel called to tell her that her order was not going to arrive and no money, no explanation, I went to the parcel and they told me that it was a misunderstanding that if the order was going to arrive, after this I mark to see how my order was going and they have no answer, DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING, DON'T TRUST THIS PACKAGE. Talk to the manager to get my package and my money back, clearly request my refund because if someone does not comply with the company service, they must do that, nobody gave me answers, talk to many people and EVERYONE told me that they did not They could do nothing, I told them to tell me then who to talk to and they did not even know that, lousy service the managers are supposed to be there to help and they are not well trained, as a company one must meet the client which was very rude and they could not do ANYTHING, 9 days later they return my package without my money THAT IS NOT FAIR, nobody could give a SOLUTION AND IT WAS A MISTAKE OF THE COMPANY THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE THE MISTAKE, if you as a company cannot provide the service since it arrives With the package you have to say no, in addition to the fact that I lost my client, you steal my money, that is robbery for not giving a service of trust and dishonesty. I am in legal proceedings to recover my money so that I will not stand idly by, IT IS INJUSTICE WHAT THEY DID TO ME.
