Ivan is very knowledgeable, technically sound, speaks English fluently, and is just a chill person to be around. I have trained in gyms in the US, UAE, UK and Finland and can confidently say One Punch competes with any of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym changed my life. Ive been weight training for years (boring), and some martial arts in my teens - but One Punch completely reinvigorated my love for fitness. Ivan speaks fluent English and is extremely knowledgeable mixing his body weight conditioning with real boxing skills. He is also an experienced nutritionist. The work outs are no joke and some of the most challenging of my life, but they keep you coming back. You do your best, do what you can, and let you body and mind thank you later. No machismo at all in this gym. Not intimidating. All good and welcoming friendly vibes. But at the same time very serious and pro. Plenty of female and male members of all ages enjoying themselves. Thank you Ivan, Gala, and Mogli for opening my eyes to the world of boxing and all its external and internal benefits. I have been traveling for music for two decades, experienced many gyms and many kinds of training, and this is The Best One. I’ll be back soon. Gracias por todo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was only in Oaxaca for a couple of days and they let me just pay for one class, which was nice. It’s a smaller space, but you go through some mitt work, bag work, and conditioning drills. They have gloves for you to use, but you should bring your own wraps.
