room was clean and shower had hot water, but the pool was filthy and the internet didn't work at all in the room, had to hang out at reception to use it.

Convenient, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced with the included breakfast. Augusto at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

It's not fancy, but is in the best location in town. In front of main road, near a mall. At night you can go relax yourself by watching a movie, or going shopping or have a beer with chicken wings

The hotel room is incredible, it has everything to be comfortable, warm and cozy. The extras of staying in included laundry, breakfast and the wifi, which is difficult to get in Salina Cruz. The only thing that I was concerned it was about the earthquakes.

While the comfort factor is ok there, the cleanliness of the place has wide area to improve. The bedsheets had stains visible from the door when I got into the room.

Simple small rooms suitable for staying the night, located right in a shopping area. There is a Walmart and Sam's club and a few other stores. A few good places to eat as well, TOKS, Domino's and Wings Army; all across the parking lot within easy walking distance. The breakfast offered is basic buffet style and sufficient. Internet access works fine, not the fastest but definitely good enough for most tasks. Friendly staff and pretty clean areas. Overall a good place to stay.

The hotel and the room are very clean and well maintained. In the hotel itself it is very quiet and pleasant. The location of the hotel could be more attractive and more in the center. Next to the hotel is a Walmart and a couple of fast food restaurants (shopping mall feeling). Good for an overnight stop.

This is a perfect place to stay for travellers or people in town for buisness. Super organized, you could schedule your breakfast and fill out a menu of what you want at check-in. The food was great and there was plenty of it. This hotel is located in a shopping/entertainment area. There is a movie theater, as well as restaurants and a Walmart. Such a great location. The staff at One are very friendly, professional, and helpful. I had several wonderful interactions with Pablo, one hotel of the customer service staff, Pablo was a great help to us providing information to us regarding the hotel and services as well as helping us to get a taxi the location we needed to get to. His knowledge of the English language is excellent. My Spanish is poor, so he was a huge help. The beds were very comphy nice clean linen. Great shower and the room was quite. If I am ever in the area again, I will be back.
