The attention in the hotel esa Good ando the service usted good. Only the issue I see is in the food they don't have a lot of vearety

It was a very good experience. Service has been very patient with my wife and myself. Rooms are very clean and spacely.

It's a good place to stay, cause the price is very accesible and the services are fine, love the bed, it was very comfy

Hotel ONE met all my expectations as a weary traveler right off of the bus. I saw it from the bus station and just took the walkway over the highway. I found a good and inexpensive room and dropped my heavy luggage and planned my weeks itinerary since i am not familiar with the country. The registrar was very friendly in assisting as my Spanish language skills are weak. Also, dont forget about the complimentry breakfast! I recommend this hotel for a travel to San Luis Potosi for the reasons listed above.

We stayed two nights recently. It is a new, clean hotel. No bad bathroom smells, good water pressure in the shower, and the water was instantly hot. Internet was good, even using Linux. Breakfast was included as is normal for One. The food was fine. Staff were not so much friendly as just functional. What we did notice about this One Hotel was that the room was definitely smaller than usual for a One Hotel. Not a problem but just smaller than we are used to with their hotels. The best thing about this hotel is that it is literally across the road from the bus station. It's about a 5-10 min walk. Look for the sign on the road to find the entrance, not the hotel itself because it is located in a back section and the *only* entrance is from where the road sign is. It's in the industrial area and there is a tienda in the petrol station beside the hotel. There isn't much else in that area though -- no shops and hardly anywhere to eat. As always, the real test is whether we would stay again. And the answer turned out to be no. We are back in San Luis Potosi again and we decided to try somewhere else. One Hotel was just in an inconvenient area for us and we wanted to be closer to shopping and food options.

My experience was ok. However here are some things you should know before booking this hotel. There is not airport shuttle eventhough it's on the description on line. You can hear everything! And when I say everything I mean it. Everytime I took the elevator It was like a xxx movie playing lol, the rooms are very, very small (you better like who you there with). Service was good and cleaning lady was good too.

Rooms are clean, a decent size and have heating. Some negatives are they need to keep your ID to take an iron to your room. Breakfast is decent but doesn't last late enough (10am) for Mexico standards. It also runs out way before it ends which is unfortunate. Some minor changes to the way things are managed could make this place great.
