★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so many car services available, and cheaper services available, USE ANOTHER SERVICE.
Our flight to San Miguel was canceled so our round trip car service turned into a one way as they were not able to adapt to our new flight time, so we asked for a refund for the 1st leg of the trip. First they claimed they couldn't refund us because of 'Paypal fees' and then were told they would make an exception and refund us back $86 USD when we were owed ~$240 USD. After going back and forth they then claimed refunds were against company policy and that it was clearly stated in the contract, however, they never gave us a contract or even mentioned anything besides pick up time when reserving. The vehicle that picked us up for our ride to the airport was extremely dated and our driver stopped twice during the 1.5 hour drive at different gas stations just leaving us in the car with no explanation.
