★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo buscaba la que estaba dentro de plaza Aragón pero ya no existe por la pandemia. Sin embargo fui a la que está por metro múzquiz, atienden muy bien y si no está el modelo que deseas te llaman cuando ya lo tengan. Solo que en Google maps dice que cierran a las 7 ese día llegué 6:30 y ya no me querían atender.
 I was looking for the one that was inside Plaza Aragón but it no longer exists due to the pandemic. However, I went to the one by the Muzquiz metro, they serve very well and if the model you want is not there, they will call you when they already have it. Only in Google maps it says that they close at 7 that day I arrived at 6:30 and they no longer wanted to attend to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compre unos tenis y al entregarmelos todo bien, en cuanto llegue a casa se despegaron de la punta y no quisieron hacer reembolso, primero dijeron que iban a buscar otros para reponermelos, pero todos estaba igual despegados de la punta.
La gerente es grosera y al final decía que era mi culpa y no quisieron hacer reembolso, sólo por cambio y al momento de cambiarlos cobraron diferencia porque los del catalogo anterior ya no valían lo mismo.
Terrible service, I bought some tennis shoes and when I gave them everything right, as soon as I got home they detached themselves from the tip and did not want to make a refund, first they said they were going to find others to replace them, but all were still detached from the tip.
The manager is rude and in the end she said that it was my fault and they did not want to make a refund, only for change and at the time of changing them they charged a difference because the ones in the previous catalog were no longer worth the same.
