★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A las empleadas de onenea les falta una buena capacitación de atención al cliente en principio cuando el cliente entra deben sonreír aunque les cueste hacerlo y dar los buenos días o tardes según sea la ocasión y deben esmerarse por cumplir con las necesidades de sus clientes Actitud!!! Yo he visitado un par de veces la tienda de saltillo y la verdad dejan mucho que desear, ojalá los dueños o encargados analicen bien a quién contratan ó capaciten bien a su personal y haganles saber que un negocio se debe a sus clientes.
Onenea employees lack a good customer service training in principle when the client enters they must smile even if they find it hard to do it and say good morning or afternoon depending on the occasion and must strive to meet the needs of their customers Attitude! !! I have visited the saltillo store a couple of times and the truth leaves a lot to be desired, hopefully the owners or managers analyze well who they hire or train their staff well and let them know that a business is due to their customers.
