Y si debo decirlo. Fui a tres sucursales previamente y en general note esa falta de empatía, simplesa al servicio al cliente. Yo tuve q decirle a la Srita que me atendiera, para que me hicieran caso. Percibo que les da igual si compran o no. Y si compran mucho posiblemente una sonrisa , sino simplemente un cliente más que suma o resta a mi corte de caja al final del día. . Espero que no sea parte de su capacitación del personal. Considero que la relación con el cliente suma más puntos de los que pensamos.
