Horrible service. There is not a single time that I have left happy there. The first time I went they treated me very badly, I arrived at my punctual appointment and they treated me 45 mins later; and on top of that it took 1: 30hrs to do the manicure. The gel glaze lasted me 3 days and they gave me no guarantee. Whenever I went, the employees were in a very bad mood and also terrible customer service. The utensils are NOT sterilized (when it clearly says at the entrance), I have been infected twice more with skin infections. Nonono HORRIBLE. So many friends have told me that they have had a very bad experience. Too expensive for what it is, and apart you put products that you did not ask for extra. Appalling. If I could put negative stars, I would.

The lady was not at the reception as before, we waited a bit and a manicurist passed my friend to one of the chairs, without asking us what we wanted, I invited my friend and I would pay, so my friend did not know what to ask, I he asked and I came a little closer (more than 2.5 meters from them) to recommend the Onlylux spa. When I was telling him that I would ask for that one and he recommended it (just because I saw it in the service menu that they have printed on the counter), Mrs. Esmeralda came up behind me, arrogant and very hysterical ... He yelled at me: what do you want? The one who attends here is me, not her. (All the time talking to me with a loud voice and an arrogant tone - hahahaha ridiculous-) And I turned around surprised at her level of rudeness, I said: well, I know, but you weren't there and my friend didn't know what to ask for. Lady: what do you want? Me: first treat me well, we came here because I assumed that for the price and location, they would have good service. Madam: Well, you don't have to ask the manicurist anything, that's with me. Me: I repeat that you were not here. Lady: I ​​was in the bathroom. What do you want? Me: I don't care if you were in the bathroom, it's not my business, what I want is for you to treat me with respect and do your job well, that's why I came. For a long time you treated me badly because 'I arrived tenprano', now you treat me badly again, it is already 07.05 pm and my appointment was at 07.00 pm, so just do your work. Some time later another girl came and took care of me, the 2 people who attended me were kind, although in a hurry because Esmeralda was late in the bathroom and then throwing tantrums.
