En mi experiencia, intenté comunicarme en varias ocasiones sin éxito., terminé yendo al lugar para solicitar información.
To get a discount on your annual service payment, pay during December or January. They accept payments with bank cards. Telephone service is poor, they usually do not answer. In my experience, I tried to communicate on several occasions without success, I ended up going to the place to request information.
