Mi hermana compro un vestido de noche el día de hoy y lo dejo para que lo arreglarán puesto que tenía algunos detalles y al ir a recogerlo el vestido estaba en el mostrador hecho bola y así se lo entregaron en una bolsa de plástico chiquita y ni con gancho, NADA! Muy mala su atención y el detalle que tienen con sus clientes, deja mucho que desear, da coraje estar pagando por algo, que te acaban de arreglar y que te lo entreguen en ese tipo de condiciones, cuando se debe de tener el cuidado de las cosas.
Nice dresses, terrible customer service ... My sister bought an evening dress today and left it to be fixed since it had some details and when she went to pick it up the dress was on the counter in a ball and they gave it to her in a small plastic bag and not even with a hook, NOTHING! Their attention and the detail they have with their customers is very bad, it leaves much to be desired, it gives courage to be paying for something, which has just been fixed for you and that it is delivered to you in such conditions, when you must take care of the stuff.
