★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio tanto de los agentes de ventas, como de los encargados de la sucirsal puesto que sonaltaneros, groseros e incompetentes para resolver las dudas acerca de los créditos y servicios que están cobrando. Dando como única solución que se llame a PROFECO Y se denuncie a CONDUSEF si no te gusta el servicio.
 The service of both the sales agents and the branch managers are disastrous since they are loud, rude and incompetent to resolve doubts about the credits and services they are charging. The only solution is to call PROFECO AND report it to CONDUSEF if you don't like the service.
