Puntos buenos aceptan pago con tarjeta, estan bien organizados y el ingreso fue rápido y desinfectan las llantas del auto para ingresar
You can improve the experience by distributing audio throughout the place, the day I was there it was raining heavily and the sound was not appreciated well they are in section A. Good points accept card payment, they are well organized and the entry was fast and they disinfect car tires to enter

Terrible service!!! Run away !!! The show was canceled without notice on Saturday, September 26. They were not kind enough to communicate with us by any means possible. They made me waste time and money. NOW THEY DO NOT WANT TO RETURN MY MONEY TO ME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una verdadera estafa no tires tu dinero, en un baldío anexo a la Arena Ciudad de México en donde se hacer conciertos al aire libre utilizaron la pantalla de los conciertos, obviamente no está diseñada para cine, sumamente pequeña y a tan baja altura que ves la mitad, la imagen es pésima y el sonido hace eco y no se le entiende nada, los precios se los alimentos estratosférico. Toda una estafa
A real scam, do not waste your money, in a vacant lot attached to the Arena Ciudad de México where there are concerts in the open air they used the concert screen, obviously it is not designed for cinema, extremely small and so low that you see half of it , the image is terrible and the sound echoes and you do not understand anything, the prices are stratospheric. Compré mis boletos con 3 semanas de anticipación y el día de la función llegué 30 minutos antes para agarrar buen lugar, estuve esperando afuera pensando que a la hora de la función abrirían las puertas, jamás las abrieron. Tuve que ir a preguntar a taquilla para ver qué pasaba y me dijeron que la función se había cancelado y jamás avisaron, ni un correo, ni un post en sus redes sociales ni nada.
No tuvieron ni siquiera la atención de poner un letrero de que cancelaron la función, sólo decidieron no abrir sin explicarnos y esperar que nosostros averiguar años o adivinaramos que no nos iban a dar servicio por algo que ya había pagado.
Además de todo ni una disculpa y todavía tengo que ser yo el que los busque para que me den mi dinero de vuelta. Jamás me habían dejado plantado de esa forma y sin ninguna explicación y garantía.

I bought my tickets 3 weeks in advance and on the day of the show I arrived 30 minutes early to get a good seat, I was waiting outside thinking that at the time of the show they would open the doors, they never opened them. I had to go ask the box office to see what happened and they told me that the show had been canceled and they never warned, not an email, not a post on their social networks or anything.
They didn't even have the attention of putting up a sign that they canceled the show, they just decided not to open without explaining us and waiting for us to find out years or guess that they weren't going to give us service for something that they had already paid for.
On top of everything not an apology and I still have to be the one to look for them to give me my money back. I had never been planted in that way and without any explanation and guarantee.

Para que te hagan una devolución tienes que estar rogando y buscando por todos lados, porque por supuesto, se hacen de la vista gorda. Al final del día ya les pagaste. Cabe mencionar que no existe forma de contactarlos, no hay teléfonos que contesten, no contestan correos y al parecer los de Súper Boletos también se lavan las manos.
CERO RECOMENDABLE, no compres problemas. Cabe mencionar que ya los demandé ante la PROFECO por lo mismo y es imposible que encuentres un domicilio para que de les notifique. ¡Evita ser robado!

To get a refund you have to be begging and looking everywhere, because of course, they turn a blind eye. At the end of the day you already paid them. It is worth mentioning that there is no way to contact them, there are no telephones that answer, they do not answer emails and apparently the Super Tickets also wash their hands.
ZERO RECOMMENDED, do not buy problems. It is worth mentioning that I have already sued them before PROFECO for the same and it is impossible for you to find an address to notify them. Avoid being robbed!
