★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Jamás atienden los requerimientos de la sociedad. Y lo peor de todo: ni el teléfono pueden contestar. Clásico ejemplo de la burocracia mexicana.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. They never meet the requirements of society. And worst of all: not even the phone can answer. Classic example of the Mexican bureaucracy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empleados que no tienen ninguna empatía por la necesidad de la ciudadanía al no tener el suministro del servicio de agua, te dicen que lo verán...pero nunca resuelven y se ofenden si vas en todo tu derecho, molesto porque no brindaron atención a tu queja, se les paga del herario público (nuestros impuestos) son servidores públicos y su trabajo es atender y resolver, no estén calentando y ocupando un empleo que no les gusta desempeñar, renuncien.
Employees who have no empathy for the needs of citizens by not having the water service supply, tell you that they will see it... but they never solve it and are offended if you go in all your right, upset because they did not provide attention to your Complaint, they are paid from the public herario (our taxes) they are public servants and their job is to attend and solve, they are not heating and occupying a job that they do not like to perform, resign.
