Compré una hamburguesa Monterrey, y segun dice en el menú, que esta llega directa del asador, y pues tal parece que no es así, porque la carne estaba media cruda, y el sabor de la carne no tenía el toque y aroma característico que dejan las brasas en un pedazo de carne cocida sobre un asador con leña o carbón. The hamburgers sold in this place lack flavor. La forma de empaquetado es bueno y más ayudando a que conserve su temperatura para llevar y no se maltrate.
