v	vta04 hg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, contrate el paquete 12x 13 en el 2021 y se supone que se vence el 28 de febrero de 2022 y acudi a preguntar por qué ya no se veían los canales star ya que los tenía incluidos en mi paquete, y solo me dijeron que la empresa ya no respetó mi contrato y que eliminaron los canales de la plataforma y que si los quería los tenía que pagar nuevamente. Sinceramente lo que hacen es un robo y que lastima que no tengan gente capacitada para atender a los clientes ya que el personal de atención a clientes en lugar de atender están platicando entre ellos. Esperaré a que Venza mi contrato y les entregaré su equipo. La verdad yo no recomiendo esta empresa. Lo peor que no tienen competencia.
