Contratamos dos tours por anticipado: para el primero tenian que pasar a recogernos a las 4am, llamamos reiteradas veces a los números sin que nos atiendan y recién nos buscaron a las 5:15am porque el chófer se quedó dormido. (además de querernos regañar con la excusa de que nos habian ido a buscar y no estabamos listos) y para el otro tour nos habían dicho que a las 9am pasarían a buscarnos mientras vinieron a las 8 y no alcanzamos a tomar el desayuno. No recomiendo esta empresa en absoluto, dejan mucho que desear
Terrible service and organization. We hired two tours in advance: for the first one they had to pick us up at 4am, we repeatedly called the numbers without being served and they just looked for us at 5:15 am because the driver fell asleep. (In addition to wanting to scold us with the excuse that they had gone to look for us and we were not ready) and for the other tour they had told us that at 9am they would come to look for us while they came at 8 and we did not manage to have breakfast. I do not recommend this company at all, they leave much to be desired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT BOOK A TRANSPORT TO THE AIRPORT WITH THIS ORGANISATION!!!!! We booked a transfer to the airport at 04:00 a.m. but the transport never came... We waited until 04:45 at a remote busstation. When we contacted the agency they first blamed us for not showing up at the busstation (even though we were there at 03:15 a.m.). Afterwards they changed their story to us supposedly having cancelled the transport (which we obviously didn’t). When we saw another transport from their organisation that left at 05:00 a.m. they refused to take us because we had a ticket for 4:00 a.m. (even though that transport didn’t show and this one had plenty of space). Eventualiteit they said there was not even a refund and we ended up having to take a 800 peso’s taxi to the airport (in the dark in a dodgy neigbourhood with all our belongings), almost missing our flight!!! Looking at the reviews this is not the first time. We highly advise using a different organisation!!!!
