Tour : Prix trop élevé et soi-disant tout inclus, vous devrez rajouter pour les différents guides. Les activités le premier jour s'arrêtent à 15h30 et on vous dépose à l'hôtel. Cependant, le guide est génial ! Super intéressant ! Merci Jaïr ! Hotel (Tour de deux jours) : Personnel désagréable, j'étais seul dans l'hôtel, il n'y avait rien à faire, même pas la possibilité de prendre une bière. Douche froide et sale. Repas froid et pas très bon.

Muy buena elección para realizar tours por Palenque

Tomé el tour a Palenque - Misol Ha - Agua Azul. Considero que el tour a Palenque son muchas horas que se podrían aprovecharse más en Misol Ha. Todo bien por parte de los operadores aunque en Palenque tardaron un poco en pasar por las personas que llegamos temprano.

En los 2tours q tome muy bien servicio y amables los operadores. También puntuales y sus unidades limpias. La recomendaría

Ik vond het zelf moeilijk om een goede tour te vinden in palenque omdat ze hier overal mee zitten rond zwaaien maar geen goede scores halen op google review, tot ik bij deze touroperator terecht kwam. Heel goed en correct geregeld, ze komen je halen aan het hotel en je krijgt 40 min aan de eerste en 2h30min aan de tweede waterval. Heel vriendelijke chauffeur en altijd correct op tijd. Je hebt geen gids maar dat is ook duidelijk uitgelegd als je de tour boekt. Top ervaring dus!

Voici un commentaire d'un Français. Nous avons été plus que satisfait de la prestation de cette agence de voyage. Nous avons pris le tour pour Misol ha, Agua Azul, et San Cristóbal, depuis Palenque. Et tout à été incroyable !! Le conducteur était très gentil, conduisait très bien et était même en avance sur l'heure. (L'agence nous avait même dit qu'après les pluies, Agua Azul allait être marron). Nous avons eu 40 minutes pour Misol ha, et 2h30 pour Agua Azul. Le conducteur nous a ensuite déposés, à une interception, où plusieurs autres vans nous attendaient pour aller à San cristobal de las Casas!!! Le service du 2eme van a été aussi exceptionnel, jusqu'à nous déposer exactement devant notre air bnb. Les vans étaient des Mercedes (clim, et musique ?) Parlons sécurité car nous savons les histoires de cette fameuse route entre Palenque et San Cristóbal de las Casas : Aucune inquiétude, les vans partent à plusieurs en convoi, et ne se lâchent pas. Nous vous recommandons vraiment cette société ?

We did the overnight tour to the ruins and rafting the next day. Both the activities were nice and I particularly enjoyed the rafting. However we only speak very basic Spanish and the guides therefore just ignored our presence most of the time. This was particularly annoying when it came to practicalities such as what to expect from the tour: the schedule and what to bring. We ended up doing a jungle hike in bathing suits being eaten alive by insects because it turned out to be planned right after the rafting. We expected it to be after lunch so we could have get changed for the hike and bring insect repellent. Apparently lunch was planned at 15:30. Breakfast was at 08:00. If they would have told us we could have brought some snacks. And with some effort this is also not too hard to communicate with some basic Spanish. In general I would advice to avoid overnight tours as the accomodation was sub par, especially the food they provided: after a full day of activities we got 4 cold enchiladas and a cup of tea. They charged us 80 pesos for an extra plate. Lunch and breakfast were also bad at this place. However the breakfast and lunch we had while visiting the ruins were fine. Be aware that drinks are not included although the company told us everything was included. Also be aware that it is a long drive and the drivers drive like maniacs. Other advice: go for the cheapest operator because they all use the same subcontractors at the location.

Basically, a crammed combi ride. It was hot, sweaty, you're up against strangers who also are sweating on you while packed like sardines in a mini van. The sights themselves were overly touristy, very crowded. Would be 3 out of 5 stars themselves. But since over half the time is spent in a mini van that adds a lot. Had to wait an hour and a half before returning to Palenque for other passenger's transfers to arrive. No guide, no information given, just when to be back on the bus. Not sure if I would do it over again if given the chance.
