Buena atención. Precios accesibles. Quizá solo les falta ser un poco más específicos en los detalles (ej. regreso al punto de recogida).

Muy mala experiencia con el conductor de la Camioneta. Compramos un tour hacia cascada El Chiflón y lagos de Montebello. Nos apuró en la cascada, nos dió 2 horas en total para que alcanzará el tiempo, posteriormente partió rumbo a las lagunas, nos prometieron 5 lagunas, pero al llegar a la primera el chófer dió libertad de tiempo y 3 personas alquilaron una lancha para remar, a pesar de que éramos 12. personas. Estuvimos 2 horas esperando a los 3 que remaban, en la lluvia y con la camioneta cerrada. El chófer desaparecido.... Cuando logramos encontrarlo, abrió la camioneta para continuar esperando a pesar de las quejas de los 9 pasajeros. Cuando los jóvenes regresaron, el chófer dió vuelta y se fue a la última laguna, en la frontera con Guatemala donde estuvimos más de una hora para que compramos algo . Nos dió 2 lagos de los 5 que pagamos, el argumento fue que ya era tarde. Regresamos a San Cristóbal casi a las 11 pm en lugar de las 8.30pm. No hubo disculpa alguna. Muy decepcionante el viaje. Creo que todo se debió a la desorganización del chófer.

Do not use them, they promise you a tour with a dropoff at your hotel. They then dropped us off at a bus station in the middle of nowhere. They also tried to charge a girl on the bus 200 pesos extra because she had a surf board stating there was not enough room, while it perfectly fit in the luggage compartment. Driver was very rude. Would not recommend at all.

We had very bad experience. The tour includes a visit to local natives la Casa de Rosalía and San Juan Chamula. We were interested only to visit the church San Juan Chamula but the agency didn't want to satisfy our request even if was private. Afterwards we understood why. We went to visit Rosalía house where you can eat quesadillas homemade. But before tasting, the guide Michelangelo incentives us to buy their clothes because were authentic. I bought a Blusa for 700 pesos. Then we moved to visit the Church which was amazing. When we exit from the Church we saw a nice open marked were the natives sell also artcratf and clothes. We asked to the guide to stop a little bit for enjoy the marked. He literally discouraged us saying that was not worthful. At the marked I found the same Blusa for 150 pesos! I paid triple times the same product only for make the guide interest. I felt cheated from the agency and from the guide. DO NOT TRUST IN CHIAPAS TOURS EXTREMO

What a joke. We went on the horse riding tour, had to wait 40 min for the pick up and walk across town to meet the driver. Then drove to meet the horses, had to wait another 30 for the horses to show up. All the while, no communication from driver or horse guide. Not a word. The horse trail was 15 min of forest, 30 min on the street. Same for the return. Horses don’t respond to rider instructions, and there is no chance to trot or canter. Only 45 mins to see the town, guide was angry when we returned 15 min late (we were the only people!) And had to wait again 30 min for driver to return to the centre. Don’t use this travel agent, there are plenty of other options!

Don’t book the horse riding tour! I just want to share my bad experience with the horse riding tour to chamula that I booked an Hotel San Martin. It costs 250pesos and starts at either 9:00am or 12:30pm. I definitely can’t recommend this tour!!! After we got to the starting point for this horse riding tour I was asked if I had experience in horse riding and I said, yes for about 10 years. So they gave me (in my opinion) one of the most unsettled horses. I really tried my best but still - after 20 min. riding you can’t know the horse really well. So there was a situation when a car crosses our way and we had to ride on the right side of the street. As my horse didn’t like the other ones and was kind of nervous before it got even more nervous because the other horses came closer and closer. So at one point it went crazy, reared and bucked until I fall of backward. My hands were bleading, I hurt my hip badly and the guys who leaded the tour didn’t even ask if I am fine or need anything. Most of the other riders also got off their horses because they also went crazy. So the guides just took the horses and went on without looking after us. From chamula we took the collectivo back to San Cristobal. The guy, that I booked with, never responded to me after untold him what happend. At all a really bad experience for me/us. I am so glad that nothing more happend ??
