★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bonitas instalaciones, personal atento, consulta general de oftalmologia, se puede hacer cita a especialidades de los ojos, catarata, retina, glaucoma, pediatría. Problemas de los ojos de niños y adultos. Tienen farmacia. Baños sólo para clientes. Puedes ir con tu novia y pagarle una consulta y ver si necesita lentes y ver si con lentes aún te quiere jaja.

Cuando llegamos al lugar el recibimiento fue amable, pagamos la consulta $350, te lo manejan como cita pero en realidad te atienden como vas llegando o sea no es una cita, una vez hecho el pago y en la sala de espera todo cambia la atención es muy tardada te explican como con flojera tu padecimiento, la mujer de consejería que es la que te va a dar la receta y explicarte los pasos a seguir después de tu primer consulta, estaba en la recepción con otras tres mujeres que igual trabajan ahí riendo y platicando, nos hicieron esperar más de media hora, porque la mujer estaba ocupada en el chisme, lamentable que siendo una empresa privada traten a las personas como en el imss. Es muy caro.

Lleve a mi mamá de chequeo, le detectaron “glaucoma”, busque una segunda opinión ya que fue una noticia impactante, no tenía nada, estaba completamente saludable.
El gerente sostiene que la doctora que dio el diagnóstico se equivocó diciendo que tenía algo más, incorrecto, solo gaste dinero, tiempo y pase un muy mal rato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había dudado de este lugar por las calificaciones que existen aquí en Reseñas, sin embargo, decidí ir de cualquier forma en un fin de semana y me encantó la atención brindada. Respetaron las medidas higiénicas, todos fueron muy amables y pacientes, desde la que se encontraba en recepción (porque perdí un documento, pero fue tan amable de esperar a que lo descargara nuevamente). Posteriormente, tuve problemas al escuchar por la interferencia del cubrebocas y por ruido externo, pero ninguno se molestó al repetirme indicaciones /información. El doctor respondió todas mis dudas y me explicó con detalle mi situación. Claro, tienes que esperar a que te haga el efecto la sustancia que te administran, por lo que puedes tardar hasta hora y media, para que vayan con tiempo. Recomendaría este lugar sin duda.

El precio de consulta incluye el oftalmologo y el optometrista. Muy económico para el gancho, ya que cuando te dan la receta o checas los lentes estos de elevan mucho de precio. Yo adquirí unos lentes según por ellos buenos, me salieron cariñosos y no me duraron ni 4 meses, creo duran mas los de 300 pesos de Allende. Además que la graduación me sigue mareando después de tanto tiempo. Y las medicinas que según eran para mi problema no tenían.

Fui a hacerme unos lentes a otra optica y cuando me los entregaron estaba mal el aumrnto y me confirmaron en la otra optica que sus resultados estaban mal. No se hicieron responsables de sus resultados aun cuando en su pagina dice que todos los resultados que ellos proveen debemos tomarlos como verdaderos. A pesar de esta frase, el gerente de la sucursal dijo que no se haria responsable de los mismos. Tuve que pagar el cambio de mica por sus resultados chafas. Cero recomendados
