Se hace cita para la atención médica, pero solo te atienden después de sacar graduación. Para esto tardan más de media hora.
No es recomendable venir si tienes algo más que hacer, no vengas entre semana.
 The service is very bad. They are promoted as an ophthalmology clinic but the priority is to sell glasses.
Appointments are made for medical attention, but they only see you after graduation. This takes more than half an hour.
It is not recommended to come if you have something else to do, do not come during the week.

I have already read several bad comments about the service, especially from the receptionist named Victoria N. She treats her badly and in a derogatory way, she has a hard time giving reports and she is rude.

They gave me an appointment the same day as my eye problem appeared.
All the staff were so helpful, kind and reassuring.
Everyone, from the receptionist to the ophthalmologist, made a great effort to ensure I understood everything, even using Google Translate to fill in the gaps in my (very poor) Spanish understanding.
I am so grateful for their patience and professionalism, and for making me feel so relaxed in a situation that could otherwise have been a rather stressful.
