Don’t let the small size of his score discourage you - he is thoroughly professional and helpful. I will happily use him again if the need should arise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a fall on one of San Miguels steep streets, hit my head, and broke my glasses into three pieces. Fortunately, I brought a spare set of glasses. But my glasses were so badly broken I was not sure if they could be repaired. But when I brought them to Óptica Allende, the optician told me no hay problema! Pick them up tomorrow. They were as good as new. He also had some very cool looking frames.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a fantastic job in replacing my broken frames and reshaping my progressive lenses to fit.
The frames are actually from France, of all places! They were ready for pick-up later that Saturday. I said no hurry, I’ll be back on Monday.
Total costs for frames and labor was incredibly inexpensive for what the same would be in the United States. I have the San Miguel VIP Club discount card. With discount, it was $880 pesos, around $44 U.S. bucks.
