★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente de 20 años y ahora que los hijos se hacen cargo del negocio, no tienen el más minimo respeto por los clientes. La calidad de los armazones bajó, los precios de micas/cristales subieron y no lo normal que aumentan las cosas. Recomendé el lugar y les dieron más caro de lo que habitualmente cuesta. No me solucionaron un problema de garantía de un armazón que dio problemas a los 15 días. Y por si fuera poco cuando fui a valoración para nueva graduación, a pesar de hablar previamente. Nunca se pasaron la información y di vueltas en vano porque quien hace los exámenes tenía compromisos y no estaba cada vez que yo iba aún cuando avisaba que iba en camino. PÉSIMO!!! SE NOTA QUE EL ESFUERZO DE LOS PADRE EN UN NEGOCIO, A LOS HIJOS LES PASA DE NOCHE.
I am a 20 year old customer and now that the children take over the business, they don't have the slightest respect for the customers. The quality of the frames fell, the prices of micas / crystals rose and not the normal thing that increases the things. I recommended the place and they got more expensive than it usually costs. They did not solve a warranty problem for a frame that gave problems after 15 days. And if that weren't enough when I went to the assessment for a new graduation, despite speaking previously. The information was never passed and I went around in vain because whoever does the exams had commitments and was not every time I went even when I warned that I was on my way. APPALLING!!! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EFFORT OF THE FATHER IN A BUSINESS, THE CHILDREN HAPPEN NIGHT.
