★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio llevé mi armazón para cambiar solamente para cambiar las micas,y pues si,las cambiaron solo que a los 3 meses una de las micas se salió de la armazón, acudí a está óptica donde me las habían cambiado y la empleada enseguida me dijo que si se salió de la armazón fue porque le doy mal trato a los lentes,y me cobraba 180 por ponerla sin darme ninguna garantía, acudí a la óptica Paris y que diferencia realizaron un trabajo excelente y ahí me dijeron que las otras micas estaban mal hechas osea mal ranuradas por eso se salió sóla de la armazón, por eso les comento no acudan a la óptica América,mal servicio y atención.
Terrible service I took my frame to change only to change the lenses, and yes, they changed them only after 3 months one of the lenses came out of the frame, I went to this optician where they had changed them and the employee immediately told me that if it came out of the frame it was because I treat the glasses badly, and they charged me 180 to put it on without giving me any guarantee, I went to the Paris optician and what a difference they did an excellent job and there they told me that the other lenses were wrong made, that is, badly slotted, that's why it came out of the frame by itself, that's why I tell you not to go to the América optician, bad service and attention.
