★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, muy caro. mala calidad en armazones y si reclamas garantía te hacen pasar un viacrucis, meses esperando y me dieron el mismo modelo que se rompió en dos días otra vez!!! No entendieron que ese modelo venía mal???? Yo se los dije!
Tuve que poner quejas y hacer mil llamadas a cdmx para que me atendieran, además en ésta tienda del centro las empleadas con pésima actitud.
Jamás regresaría. Pésimo servicio.
Ni ganas de volver a reclamar el segundo armazón defectuoso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su personal es variado, solo dos chicas atienden bien pero hay una que ni debería estar ahí. Si hacen bien el examen de la vista y los lentes es cierto sale "caro" pero por el material.
