★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención. Rompieron el puente de unos lentes Carolina Herrera que dejé para graduarlos. Me pidieron dejar el armazón original y a cambio me daban unos de menor valor, lo cual no acepté. Para reparar el "daño", me ofrecieron unos lentes completos de un valor muy inferior a los míos. Desde el 11 de octubre de 2020 surgió este problema y hasta finales de diciembre es que fui por última vez. Tuve que ir 5 veces porque los lentes no quedaban bien, la graduación quedaba siempre mal. Decidí no volver y NO RECOMIENDO para nada esta óptica, además del trato déspota de los 3 empleados. Llamé al número de servicio al cliente y medianamente dieron seguimiento. En general, mi experiencia no fue nada buena. Por cierto, ni una estrella les daba.
Terrible service and attention. They broke the bridge of some Carolina Herrera glasses that I left to graduate. They asked me to leave the original frame and in return they gave me a few of lesser value, which I did not accept. To repair the "damage", I was offered complete lenses at a much lower value than mine. Since October 11, 2020 this problem arose and it was until the end of December that I went for the last time. I had to go 5 times because the glasses didn't fit right, the prescription was always wrong. I decided not to return and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this view at all, in addition to the despotic treatment of the 3 employees. I called the customer service number and they followed up fairly. Overall, my experience was not good at all. By the way, not a star gave them.
