Me orientaron y me explicaron todo detalladamente y a manera que yo entendiera acerca de mi graduación, es la mejor óptica que he visitado y el servicio es de alta calidad, puedo decir que super recomendable para asistir.
I went to get some new glasses last week, the attention from all the ladies was really very attentive and all very kind when making my budget. They guided me and explained everything to me in detail and in a way that I understood about my graduation, it is the best optician I have visited and the service is of high quality, I can say that I highly recommend attending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui a hacerme unos lentes de vista cansada y una señorita no tomó nota de mis necesidades, hizo los lentes con la graduación que quiso. Al recibir los lentes y probármelos obviamente reclamé. La misma señorita me dijo que le había dado otras necesidades. Ahora me doy cuenta que nunca tomaron nota de mis necesidades y además dicen algo que nunca les dije. Otra señorita tuvo que hacerme nuevamente la prueba. Ya me entregaron en una tercer visita mis lentes y no quedaron del todo bien. Después de dos visitas adicionales a la óptica y solicitar la corrección de los lentes pues ya cumplieron las expectativas. Deben capacitar a sus empleados para evitar molestias a los clientes.
I went to get some glasses for tired eyesight and a lady did not take note of my needs, she made the glasses with the prescription she wanted. When I received the glasses and tried them on, I obviously complained. The same lady told me that she had given him other needs. Now I realize that they never took note of my needs and also say something that I never told them. Another lady had to test me again. They already gave me my glasses on a third visit and they did not fit quite well. After two additional visits to the optician and requesting the correction of the lenses, they already met expectations. They must train their employees to avoid inconvenience to customers.
