Pésimo servicio. Fui para adquirir unos lentes de contacto para mi boda. Acudí tres semanas antes de la boda para que no hubiera inconveniente en los tiempos de entrega. He usado lentes de contacto antes, por lo que se que tengo graduación diferente en cada ojo y siempre me entregan dos cajas de lentes, una para cada ojo. En el examen de vista todo estuvo bien, solo que al final no me mostraron ni me dijeron mis graduaciones. Procedimos a pagar, mi esposo y yo, ya que los dos fuimos por lentes de contacto, el afortunadamente tiene la misma graduación en ambos ojos, nos comentaron que estarían en dos semanas, justo una semana antes de la boda. Cuando regresamos a recogerlos nos entregaron únicamente dos cajas, una para mi esposo y otra para mi y les comenté que tengo dos graduaciones diferentes en cada ojo, me dijeron que los lentes estaban bien. Pues no quise acceder y tuvieron que realizarme nuevamente mi examen de la vista y al final verificaron que tenía razón pero que los lentes estarían hasta el día viernes, yo me quería morir xq ese día sería mi boda y yo los necesitaba desde temprano porque todo el ajetreo comenzaba desde la mañana. Prometieron que los tendrían listos el jueves por la tarde y por cuestiones de tiempo tuve que acceder, cabe mencionar que nos cobraron una cantidad excesiva y al final no tenían ni los lentes de contacto de mi esposo. Sólo habían generado los míos y estaban erróneas las graduaciones. Nos hicieron "descuento" con los lentes de mi esposo que de todas maneras tuvo que pagar de más q xq no estaban sus lentes en la cuenta pasada? No quisimos seguir peleando, mi esposo por la boda que estaba cerca. Un día antes de la boda fui a recogerlos y me los probé pero los sentí extraños, pensé que como hacía mucho tiempo que no usaba lentes de contacto me faltaba acostumbrarme de nuevo. Los use el día de la boda y según yo no tuve problema pero en la luna de miel al intentar ver la televisión me di cuenta que con el ojo derecho veía doble las letras. Intenté usarlos así esos días para ver si no era cuestión mía pero no fue así. Decidí regresar para hacer la aclaración y me volvieron a hacer un examen de la vista y confirmaron que estaban mal así que tuve q esperar nuevamente para que me los tuvieran listos. Me dijeron en dos semanas y pasado el tiempo decidí hablar porque aún no me contactaban para entregármelos, pasó más de un mes para que estuvieran listos, me tenían dando vueltas, yendo a la óptica a preguntar directamente, llamando por teléfono y nada. Les dije que debían entregarme un lente extra del izquierdo ya que iba a estar impar y no lo pude utilizar porque no tenía los del otro ojo por su error y solamente pude usarlo por el tiempo de la boda y la luna de miel. Me dijeron por teléfono que lo iban a checar. Cuando por fin me hablaron para recoger mis lentes no me entregaron el del ojo izquierdo que porque no sabían de eso. Ya por tantas vueltas y molestias no decidí seguir quejándome pero sí me dieron varios dolores de cabeza, su servicio fue pésimo y lleno de fallas. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. ME HICIERON LO PEOR PARA EL MEJOR DÍA DE MI Vida. Si pudiera no les daría ni una estrella.
Terrible service. I went to get some contact lenses for my wedding. I went three weeks before the wedding so there would be no problem with delivery times. I have worn contact lenses before, so I know I have a different prescription for each eye and I always get two boxes of lenses, one for each eye. In the eye exam everything was fine, only that in the end they didn't show me or tell me my graduations. My husband and I proceeded to pay, since we both went for contact lenses, fortunately he has the same prescription in both eyes, they told us that they would be in two weeks, just one week before the wedding. When we returned to pick them up, they only gave us two boxes, one for my husband and one for me, and I told them that I have two different prescriptions in each eye, they told me that the glasses were fine. Well, I didn't want to go in and they had to do my vision test again and in the end they verified that I was right but that the glasses would be on until Friday, I wanted to die because that day would be my wedding and I needed them early because everyone hustle started from morning. They promised that they would have them ready on Thursday afternoon and for reasons of time I had to agree, it is worth mentioning that they charged us an excessive amount and in the end they did not even have my husband's contact lenses. They had only generated mine and the graduations were wrong. They gave us a "discount" with my husband's glasses who had to pay more anyway because his glasses were not in the last account? We did not want to continue fighting, my husband for the wedding that was close. One day before the wedding I went to pick them up and tried them on but they felt strange, I thought that since I hadn't worn contact lenses for a long time I needed to get used to them again. I used them on the day of the wedding and according to me I had no problem but on the honeymoon when I tried to watch television I realized that with my right eye I saw the letters twice. I tried to use them like that those days to see if it wasn't my problem but it wasn't. I decided to return to make the clarification and they did an eye exam again and they confirmed that they were wrong so I had to wait again for them to have them ready for me. They told me in two weeks and over time I decided to talk because they still hadn't contacted me to deliver them to me, it took more than a month for them to be ready, they had me going around, going to the optician to ask directly, calling on the phone and nothing. I told them that they should give me an extra lens for the left one since it was going to be odd and I couldn't use it because I didn't have the ones for the other eye due to their mistake and I could only use it for the time of the wedding and the honeymoon. They told me on the phone that they were going to check it out. When they finally called me to pick up my glasses, they didn't give me the one for my left eye because they didn't know about it. Because of so many turns and inconveniences I did not decide to continue complaining but they did give me several headaches, their service was lousy and full of flaws. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. THEY DID THE WORST THING FOR THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE. If I could I wouldn't give them even one star.
