★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no entregan un diagnóstico formal, solo dan hojas y recetas peor impresas que una copia fotostática, no cuentan con los aparatos correspondientes para estudios oct macular el cual yo necesitaba entre otros.
Nada recomendable las ópticas arista.
Terrible service, they do not deliver a formal diagnosis, they only give sheets and prescriptions that are worse printed than a photostatic copy, they do not have the corresponding equipment for oct macular studies which I needed among others.
The edge optics are not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una verdadera lastima, que tantos años de prestigio se vengan abajo x personas que NO les gusta su chamba!!!! Se entiende lo de la pandemia, se entiende que NO lleves niños, lo que no se entiende es que si tienes la fortuna de tenés a ambos padres, no los puedas ingresar al mismo lugar, para darle ánimos al otro, para apoyarlo (como sea son compañeros de vida y cuando están grandes las personas, sentirse seguros es importante) desgraciadamente este lugar cada día deja mucho más que desear en la parte humana!!!!!! Ahora quién podrá ayudarnos?????? Si hasta el chapulín colorado ya se nos murió. Doy una estrella x que si no,no me dejan escribir, triste, muy triste!!!!

Pero en sábados es super lento y deja mucho que desear.
En esta contingencia les da igual el orden de la fila, porque si vas a recoger como su venta ya se hizo, te dejan al último, dejando entrar a los que apenas van a cotizar lentes. Y tú viendo como van llegando y pasando. Encima de que se aglomera porque pasan familia enteras que a presupuestar cuando en realidad es uno el que sale con la compra.

Acudí a consulta, el diagnóstico fue realizado por personal poco amable y no hicieron una revisión completa, realizaron un estudio para la graduación de lentes y eso fue todo. Al finalizar, solicité los resultados de mi estudio, no me lo entregaron, porque hay un letrero que indica que la liberación de los resultados tiene un costo (600 pesos por resultado), no pagué el extra. Cero ética médica la que cuenta este lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si su presupuesto es limitado pero requiere de unos lentes de buena calidad a un precio accesible y sobre todo lo más importante con la graduación adecuada a sus necesidades venga a esta sucursal la atención del personal es muy PROFESIONAL la calidad de los exámenes es excelente yo salí con mis lentes perfectamente bien graduados mi experiencia personal la sucursal está bastante lejos de mi casa pero los resultados me dejaron más que satisfechos
