Acudí a que le pusieran micas a mi armazón, me hicieron el examen y todo bien hasta que me entregaron los lentes. Me provocaban mucha nausea, a lo que me dijeron que tenía que acostumbrarme a la graduación... llevo más de 13 años usando lentes y nunca me había pasado esto, total que dejé los lentes para que los revisaran en su "laboratorio" y despues de 15 días me llaman para que nuevamente los pruebe, con los mismo resultados de la nausea, me convencen de que es cuestión de que los use todo el día hasta que me acostumbre, cosa que hice por 5 días hasta que ya no podía más, los llevo nuevamente a que corrijan la graduación y me vuelven a hacer lo mismo en 2 OCASIONES MÁS, LLEVO YA CASI 2 MESES CON ESTO... LA VERDAD ES QUE NUNCA CAMBIARON LA GRADUACIÓN SOLO QUERÍAN QUE PASARA EL TIEMPO DE LA GARANTÍA PARA QUE NO LES PUDIERA RECLAMAR LA DEVOLUCIÓN SON UNOS LADRONES!!!

I went to have my frame fitted with lenses, they did the exam and everything was fine until the lenses were delivered. They caused me a lot of nausea, to which they told me that I had to get used to graduation ... I have been wearing glasses for more than 13 years and this had never happened to me, total I left the glasses to be checked in their "laboratory" and later after 15 days they call me to try them again, with the same results of nausea, they convince me that it is a matter of using them all day until I get used to it, which I did for 5 days until I could no longer, I take them again to correct the graduation and they do the same thing again in 2 MORE OCCASIONS, I HAVE ALREADY BEEN ALREADY ALREADY 2 MONTHS WITH THIS ... THE TRUTH IS THAT THEY NEVER CHANGED THE GRADUATION THEY JUST WANTED THE WARRANTY TIME TO PASS SO THAT NO THEY COULD CLAIM THE RETURN THEY ARE THIEVES !!!
