Les suplico me la remitan a mi domicilio para poder ir a otra sucursal, a la de ustedes en Portal Centro, no volveré a poner un pie.
 Yesterday I was there at about 3:30 p.m., I left the young woman who was struggling to attend to us with my documentation of the benefit we enjoyed at UNAM. I beg you to send it to my home so I can go to another branch, yours in Portal Centro, I will never set foot again.
