★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención da mucho que desear, mis padres vinieron a elegir unos lentes y la atención no fue de su agrado, hoy vine a recogerlos y mientras buscaban los lentes que ya estaban listos pregunté por los modelos y ni si quiera el chavo en turno se dignó a ofrecerme probarlos dejar que los viera más de cerca (ya que están asegurados) o sugerir qué tenía que hacer mi papá para estar seguro de que la graduación era la correcta.
El lugar es pequeño y aparentemente está limpio y ordenado, espero que sólo haya sido una mala impresión por esta vez y que la próxima sea mejor.
The attention gives much to be desired, my parents came to choose some lenses and the attention was not to their liking, today I came to pick them up and while they were looking for the lenses that were already ready I asked about the models and not even the guy in turn deigned to offer me to try them, let them see them more closely (since they are insured) or suggest what my dad had to do to be sure that the graduation was correct.
The place is small and apparently clean and tidy, I hope it was only a bad impression this time and the next one is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te tratan muy mal no te dan la atención adecuada parece que te hacen un favor, no te dan una solución solo te dicen tenemos que seguir el protocolo nunca te quieren comunicar al gerente para que te resuelvan las dudas sobre tus compras.
Terrible service, they treat you very badly, they do not give you adequate attention, it seems that they are doing you a favor, they do not give you a solution, they only tell you we have to follow the protocol, they never want to communicate you to the manager so that they can resolve your questions about your purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es nefasto, me tocó venir el día de hoy y me atendieron dos chicas que por su tono de voz golpeado suenan groseras. Su trabajo lo hacen de mala gana, ojalá las pudieran cambiar porque la Óptica es buena pero su personal de acá da mucho que desear.
The staff is disastrous, I had to come today and I was attended by two girls who, due to their beaten tone of voice, sound rude. They do their work reluctantly, I wish they could change them because the Optics is good but their staff here give much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de esta sucursal es muy grosera, trata mal a los clientes, parece que no quieren trabajar. Intentamos ser atendidos y por las groserías del personal simplemente nos fuimos. En otras cadenas no se presenta estos malos tratos. Es un pena.
The staff of this branch is very rude, treats customers badly, it seems that they do not want to work. We tried to be taken care of and because of the rudeness of the staff we just left. In other chains, these mistreatments are not presented. It's a shame.
