★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de sus productos está bien, pero el personal deja mucho que desear, me cotizaron unos lentes un sábado para entrega el viernes siguiente Con antireglejante y después me cambiaron la entrega al martes porque según el antireflejante hace que tarde más. Voy el martes y me dicen que están en camino y que si quiero esperar hasta las 6 pm pero no me dan garantía alguna de que lleguen ese día, se ofrecen a enviármelo a domicilio ese mismo día y a las 6 me marcan para decirme que llegan hasta el día siguiente. Cuando el mismo ticket viene con una fecha de entrega esta se debe de respetar, hay gente que viene de provincia a hacerse sus lentes y buscan la mejor opción y definitivamente esta sucursal de optica arista no lo es
The quality of their products is good, but the staff leaves much to be desired, they quoted me some glasses on a Saturday for delivery the following Friday With antiglare and then they changed the delivery to Tuesday because according to the antireflective it takes longer. I go on Tuesday and they tell me that they are on their way and that if I want to wait until 6 pm but they do not give me any guarantee that they will arrive that day, they offer to send it to my home that same day and at 6 they dial me to tell me they arrive until the next day. When the same ticket comes with a delivery date, this must be respected, there are people who come from the province to get their glasses done and look for the best option and definitely this branch of optician arista is not.

Primero me atendió una chica muy atenta, pero para recoger los lentes fue una mujer bastante altanera que optó por dar prioridad a otros clientes que llegaron después. Para colmo, dejan un número de contacto que no funciona.
Quality is not discussed, but attention is a matter of luck. First, a very attentive girl attended me, but to pick up the glasses she was a pretty arrogant woman who chose to give priority to other clients who arrived later. To top it off, they leave a contact number that doesn't work.

Pésimo el servicio; desde el momento en que llamé para hacer cita: Me dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad en el día que podía y me hicieron esperar hasta el día siguiente... pero al llegar me doy cuenta que no se trata porque estuvieran llenos sino por una pésima administración. Pregunté si podían hacer examen de la vista y me dijeron que sí pero al llegar me dicen que sólo para armazón (así que fui en vano). Al llegar un tipo te recibe sintiéndose cadenero de antro, te pregunta que qué quieres (y tú así de "pues qué crees que quiero güey"?) y al final resultó que perdieron mi expediente así que ni siquiera sacarme lentes con la graduación anterior pude... incompetentes a morir esos dos monigotes que tienen atendiendo a la gente.
I work my glasses in this company and they always come out very well BUT:
Terrible service; from the moment I called to make an appointment: They told me they had no availability on the day I could and they made me wait until the next day ... but upon arrival I realize that it is not because they were full but because of a terrible administration . I asked if they could do an eye exam and they said yes, but upon arrival they told me that it was only for frames (so I went to no avail). When you arrive, a guy welcomes you feeling like a club hitchman, he asks you what do you want (and you like "Well, what do you think I want, dude?") And in the end it turned out that they lost my file so I couldn't even get glasses with the previous prescription. ... incompetent to die those two puppets who have serving people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Dicen que cierran a las 7, son las 18:30 y ya no quisieron atender. Todo por querer irse temprano... que habían hecho corte. ?????? Que solo atienden a las 5:30 para hacer examen de la vista, y en la mañana que habíamos venido, y nos dijeron que el examen dura 20 mins.
No les crean... dicen luego se desdicen. mejor ir a otra sucursal.
Terrible. They say they close at 7, it's 6:30 p.m. and they no longer wanted to attend. All for wanting to leave early... that they had made a cut. ?????? That they only attend at 5:30 to do an eye exam, and in the morning we had come, and they told us that the exam lasts 20 minutes.
Do not believe them... they say then they retract. Better go to another branch.
