Pero el señor que me atendió muy amable. Sólo por él se salvan de que les ponga 1 estrella. M	Monserrat Villa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde un inicio me trataron super mal, no me ofrecieron ningún tipo de beneficio para mis lentes, como antireflejante, al momento de la entrega, le pusieron los cristales al revés y después se los pusieron flojos y de tenerlos puestos se le cayó un cristal, fui a ver si me hacían válida la garantía, me dijeron que no contaba pero el armazón si, a lo cual les dije que entonces me lo arreglaran también ya que se me caían los lentes y ya estaban chuecos, después de unos días me pusieron de nuevo los cristales y estaba uno rayado y no me arreglaron el armazón hasta después de decírselo 2 veces, de verdad, pésimo servicio y calidad. Terrible service, from the beginning they treated me super badly, they did not offer me any kind of benefit for my lenses, such as anti-reflective, at the time of delivery, they put the lenses upside down and then they put them loose and if they had them they fell off A glass, I went to see if the warranty was valid, they told me it did not count but the frame did, to which I told them to fix it then as well since my lenses fell off and they were already crooked, after a few days They put the glasses back on me and one was scratched and they didn't fix the frame until after I told them 2 times, really, terrible service and quality.
