A	Adriana Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 2 meses me fui a hacer unos lentes y es la fecha que no me los entregan no hay servicio por lo mismo de la pandemia entonces de qué sirve que te den una fecha de entrega si no van a respetar por qué aparté de todo no tuvieron la descencia de avisar que iban a cerrar la sucursal y llamo y no no responden. De verdad pésimo servicio Pero eso sí exigen el 50% del valor de los lentes para que si no van a cumplir. 2 months ago I went to make some glasses and it is the date that they do not deliver them to me there is no service because of the pandemic so what is the use of giving you a delivery date if they are not going to respect why I took everything away they did not have the descent to notify that they were going to close the branch and I call and they do not respond. Really lousy service But that does require 50% of the value of the lenses so that if they are not going to comply.

Son déspotas, pedí mil lentes con antireflejante, regrese porque no tenía y me dijeron que ya ni modo, al fin el precio era casi igual. Cheap frames, but the treatment is bad, the lady is very rude, it takes more than an hour with a single person, and they do not let you see your graduation. El colmo, pedí lentes para mi hija, regresé pues tenían defecto, me pidieron la nota y dijeron que no podían solucionarlo porque no se acordaban si los había pedido ahí, cunado regresé solo una hr después.La señora fué muy grosera y solo argumento que tenía gente y que regresara después. C	Citlally Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 4 años con lentes de este lugar porqué el examen lo hacen muy bien pero en mi última visita los que atienden ya son muy groseros, tardan muchísimo para atenderte, si vas a examen tardas fácil 3 horas ahí. Ya no volveré porque la forma de tratar al cliente está exageradamente mal. Excepto por un nuevo optometrista que es más joven pero la señora y señor mayores son muy groseros. Ah y si tienen algo mal tus lentes y les dices que no quedaron bien se molestan!!! I have been wearing glasses from this place for more than 4 years because they do the exam very well, but on my last visit the attendants are already very rude, they take a long time to attend to you, if you go to the exam it takes an easy 3 hours there. I will no longer return because the way of treating the client is exaggeratedly bad. Except for a new optometrist who is younger but the older lady and gentleman are very rude. Oh, and if there's something wrong with your glasses and you tell them they didn't look good, they get upset!!!
