★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me entregaron los lentes tarde y todos chuecos. Le pido que los ajusten y me dice que si los rompen es mi responsabilidad, y que ellos no me dan garantía. Le digo que no estoy pidiendo garantía, solo que me entreguen el trabajo por completo por el que yo ya había pagado por adelantado. La señora me dice que si quiere puede romper el trabajo que me hicieron y entregarme el dinero que me dieron. Pésima experiencia y una perdida de tiempo, no lo recomiendo a nadie!
Terrible service, the glasses were delivered late and all crooked. I ask them to adjust them and they tell me that if they break them it is my responsibility, and that they do not give me a guarantee. I tell him that I am not asking for a guarantee, only that they give me the work in full for which I had already paid in advance. The lady tells me that if she wants, she can break up the work they did for me and give me the money they gave me. Bad experience and a waste of time, I do not recommend it to anyone!
