★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No realizaron correctamente el trámite de apoyo para lentes en docentes, además cuando se trató el tema el optometrista se mostraba a la defensiva cuando jamás me porté grosera y él debía hacerse responsable 100% pues ofrecen ese servicio.
Los documentos se entregaron desde julio y me avisaron hasta noviembre cuando el ciclo para apoyo se había cerrado y terminé perdiendo el 50% de esa prestación.
Sin embargo lo más relevante es la escasa empatía y trato al cliente que mostró ambas ocasiones que me presenté a arreglar algo que no era mi culpa.
