Acudí a la realización de lente de contacto y no quedó, mala graduación y lastimaba mi ojo, no se ponen de acuerdo en tiempos de garantía, la señora y por lo que entiendo el esposo, no contestan los mensajes. Deje el lente en más de una ocasión para revisión y seguía sin solución, la señora que atiende agrede hacía mi persona diciendo que invierta en mi salud, cuando ellos, me ofrecieron un servicio que quiero suponer, deberían tener el "conocimiento" para hacerlo; me queda claro que no lo tienen. A más de un mes, sigo sin respuesta.
EYE! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Do not expose your visual health in this place. I went to make a contact lens and it didn't fit, poor prescription and it hurt my eye, they don't agree on warranty times, the lady and from what I understand the husband, they don't answer the messages. I left the lens on more than one occasion for review and there was still no solution, the lady who attends attacked me saying that I should invest in my health, when they offered me a service that I suppose they should have the "knowledge" to do it; It's clear to me that they don't. More than a month later, I still have no response.
