Tiene buena atención, pero la calidad deja mucho que desear... Es la segunda vez que uso su servicio, la primera vez todo estuvo muy bien, pero la segunda fue un asco, compré un armazón y pedí que le pusieran la graduación. La siguiente semana fui a recogerlo, y al entregármelos las micas estaban astilladas, tuve que regresar la siguiente semana y cuando nuevamente me los entregaron, eran las mismas micas, solo las rebajaron para quitar lo astillado (se veían feas) ya ni si quiera se veían de la medida del armazon... Después note que no eran del material pidido, así que las regrese y tuve que volver la siguiente semana... Cuando finalmente me las entregaron, la graduación no coincidía... No volveré... Tienen buena atención del personal pero mala calidad en las micas
The quality is awful...
It has good attention, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired... It is the second time that I use your service, the first time everything was very good, but the second time it was disgusting, I bought a frame and asked them to put the prescription on it. The next week I went to pick it up, and when they were delivered to me the lenses were chipped, I had to return the following week and when they delivered them again, they were the same lenses, they only lowered them to remove the chipping (they looked ugly) and they didn't even know They were the size of the frame... Later I noticed that they were not the requested material, so I returned them and had to return the following week... When they finally delivered them, the graduation did not match... I will not return... They have good attention from the staff but poor quality in the micas
